"I was with them for years, left as rate was so high but so I see it is all over I guess in my area (we never had accidents or claims) I left as Progressive offered me a rate for half the amt, same coverage, thing is they LIED just to enroll me with a fake quote. I reported Progressive to the NY DFS (with documented proof) but they do nothing yet I had proof. So within 3 weeks left them went elsewhere, a well known insurer no problems ... but may now go back to State FArm; never had problems and now to receive these Dividend checks was one nice surprise>"
