"My whole experience has been a disaster from the first day I dealt with this company and a woman named Chelsea it has been a total nightmare. She is very unprofessional and all she does is lie, telling you that your policy is active and you’d make a payment with her and she doesn’t even put the payment through. She never calls you back when she says she she will. You constantly have to call her time and time again just to get things done. This woman Chelsea told me that my policy was being increased because they misspelled my name on the policy, which went from $183 to $208 so I said okay no problem… then the underwriters for the company cancelled/terminated my account for no apparent reason. So she (Chelsea) was supposedly fighting on my behalf to get my policy reinstated which then increased to 272.69. I paid that bill once in November and then in December I was canceled again before my payment was even due. She then goes and tells me that the company connected my old account with my new account that’s why it’s been canceled for non payment when she’s the one who told me not to make a payment on the old account. (Shaking my head.) Me and my mother made a payment today, and I called State Farm to see if the payment had been processed because I didn’t see it on my payment history, and they said that they have no recollection of any payment from me since November…I mean come on. Why not just tell me the truth? Why do I have to go through such a headache and such a hassle just to have my car insured with State Farm which in my opinion is such a great company."
